Getting stuck with a blowout on the toll after work sucked! Thankfully, Bryan came to the rescue in a third of the time quoted. We are ALL seemingly, having 'one of those days', or sadly, many in a row. Came out of gym yesterday, discovering keys were locked in car 😔. Tried some burly guys coming in gym to see if they could 'break into' this little ol lady's car, save me time, money. NO could do. Called my insurance people, said they would send someone. Well, SECONDS later, tow service called, yet I did not know ANYTHING, like address. Flubbed my way through as driver showed humor combined with patience. Said it was going to be a LONG while, then added by saying, 5 minutes. And he not only speaks with humor, patience, but TRUTH. He came slipping around the corner on his 'Banana' wheels of a hunkin truck, with a smile on. In less than 5 minutes, I was set free to ride the roads again, having gained a few laughs in my belt. This business is absolutely EXCELLENT, honorable, QUICK TO THE DRAW, with a pick-me-up that those 'banana's' can give you 😉. My technician was fast and knowledgeable! I needed help with a flat tire and that went quickly, but when I tried to take off my battery was dead. He offered to replace the battery (I declined) and was able to give me a jump. He didn't leave until after I had taken off, making sure I wasn't stranded. Much appreciated!
